Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Health Check Pharmacy website or booking any of our services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Health Check Pharmacy Ltd ('we', 'us', 'our') is registered in England & Wales and operates as a GPhC-registered pharmacy. Our superintendent pharmacist details are available on the GPhC register.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive or fraudulent content
• Use our website to distribute unsolicited commercial communications
• Copy or reproduce any content without our prior written consent

3. Our Services

We offer NHS and private pharmacy services. All services are subject to clinical appropriateness as determined by our pharmacists. We reserve the right to decline a service where it is clinically inappropriate or where we have reasonable grounds to do so.

NHS services are provided in accordance with our NHS pharmaceutical services contract. Private services are provided at the prices published on our website at the time of booking.

4. Appointments and Bookings

When you book an appointment:

1. You will receive an email confirmation — please check your spam folder.
2. Attend at your booked time. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
3. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
4. Repeated non-attendance may result in us being unable to accept future bookings.

5. Payment

Payment for private services is required at the time of booking or at the appointment. We accept major credit and debit cards. NHS prescription charges are payable in accordance with the current NHS prescription charge regulations.

Refunds for private services are at our discretion. Where a service cannot be provided through no fault of your own, a full refund will be issued.

6. Health Information

Information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice tailored to your circumstances. In an emergency, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
