Sinusitis is inflammation of the sinuses that causes a blocked or runny nose, facial pain or pressure, and a reduced sense of smell. Most cases follow a cold and clear within two to three weeks. If your symptoms are severe or dragging on, a pharmacist at Healthcheck Pharmacy in Bradford can help through the NHS Pharmacy First service — assessing you and supplying treatment where appropriate, free and without a GP appointment. The service is for adults and children aged 12 and over.
